Dana Cooley teaches in the Department of New Media at the University of Lethbridge, Canada. Her scholarly writing and artistic practice explores a constellation of concerns which circulate around material and aesthetic manifestations of the intangible and ephemeral.
Key research areas include: phenomenology, expanded cinema, paracinema, media archaeology, embodied interaction, perception, sound art, and the use of natural frequencies and energies in the arts.
