Fortune Teller is an interactive installation which makes use of brain-sensing technology to playfully interrogate the resonance between these contemporary devices and earlier technologies and practices which interwove science and magic such as Mesmerism. Through an EEG device a sitter’s brain activity is parsed to output their fortune (work in progress).
